  • To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring their processing cease to exist, despite having been processed in accordance with the Law and other applicable laws, and to request that the transaction carried out in this regard be notified to third parties to whom your personal data have been transferred;
  • To object to the occurrence of a result against you arising from the analysis of the processed data exclusively through automated systems;
  • To claim compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

You may submit your requests regarding the above-mentioned rights to the data controller within the scope of the Communique on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, by sending them in writing to our physical and/or electronic addresses stated above, or by using your registered electronic mail address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or your current electronic mail address that you have previously notified to our institution and that is registered in our systems.
